•Experience in managing multiple projects across multiple sites, including client liaison
•Must be able to interact well with all levels of management
•Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
•Experience in all aspects of a software development life cycle
•Experience in project management methodologies and tools, as well as having successfully introduced a methodology
•Knowledge of fixed or wireless networks, customer care and billing systems
•Experience of working with fixed or wireless carrier customers an advantage
