Short Description : This is an opportunity for an experienced UAT tester to work in a large, Dynamic and fast paced business that specialises in the delivery of high quality services and mission critical systems.
The applicant will join a new  testing infrastructure working with the commercial and R&D functions within the business.

Essential Experience

UAT Testing work experience: In depth experience in the formulation of a formal UAT testing protocol. This includes defining the customer experience flows, identifying how this has changed as the result of new benefits being delivered and ensuring that the new experience meets our customers expectations.
Testing experience: Able to show credible experience of building and executing tests and to show credible experience of a use case methodology and approach. The role has a true end to end scope from business requirements through to formal UAT post delivery.

Requirements Analysis: In depth experience at turning the business requirements into customer flows and use cases via UML or similar.

Communication skills: able to show credible experience of communicating both written and verbal including writing with Visio, creating detailed use cases, liaising with developers and being able to show experience of communicating with different levels of management.

Development Processes: able to show a good understanding of working within projects and of the various development processes and the need to liase and work well with project managers and development leads.

Self management: Able to show that you can work independently and self sufficiently whilst maintaining a good relationship and communication link as part of a large team of approximately 70 staff;

Assimilation skills: Able to assimilate information and knowledge quickly;

Desirable Experience

Able to show knowledge and ideally working knowledge of the Telecoms Industry and business process, particular mobile phone operators.
