Short Description :

To work as part of the group ITIL/ISO20000 delivery function, championing all aspects of our clients product and service related to systems, applications and integration delivery.

 

Long Description :

Working cross-functionally across all areas of the organisation, but with particular regard to Development, IT Operations, Reporting and Integration, the employee will be expected to train, design, deliver and audit processes in the ITIL competency areas of Configuration Management, Change Management, Test & Release Management.

This employee will also be required to tailor process documentation for bid purposes and to represent our client at the highest level when dealing with executives and systems delivery peers of prospective and current clients.

This employee is expected to hold relevant ITIL Blue/Red badge qualifications, or similar awards from related bodies; and is expected to remain at the forefront of technical and operational standards in their specialist area of change control and systems delivery.

This employee’s role is centred on the delivery of robust, scalable and efficient systems delivery practices, setting standards of customer-focused application excellence across the operational teams and is critical towards our objective of achieving and operating the ISO 20000, ISO 9000 and ISO 27001 standards.
