Competence in an Applications or R&D role designing radio systems operating in the ISM or 900 MHz bands
Experience of product design for large volume manufacture
Production test of radio modules and systems
Understanding of antenna selection, RF propagation and installation
EMC and RF approvals processes
PCB CAD packages - eg PADs, Orcad,
RF CAD packages - eg ADS
