| Long Description : Responsibilities: • Manage and execute all aspects of product marketing for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. • Support sales with the development of proper collaterals and tools • Work closely with product management to ensure proper positioning of the products through the development process • Plan and execute the launch of newly released embedded products • Support localization of product launches and product messaging into international markets.
Qualifications: • Solid marketing management experience in the telephony and or software industry; expertise on call-center market and speech recognition and asset. • MBA strongly preferred, technical and marketing undergraduate degree required. • Strategic planning skills and demonstrating results for complex marketing activities on global markets • Ability to manage marketing programs from concept through implementation
Technical: • Detailed knowledge about speech recognition software, platforms, standards, architectures, and general telecom infrastructure. • Marketing communications experience including messaging and positioning statements; experience with marketing campaigns including e-mail, web, seminars, events, and other electronic tools • Strong presentation skills • Advanced written and oral English language skills required; knowledge of other European or Asian languages an asset • Must be willing to travel globally (approximately 25% of time) with large emphasis on Europe |
