VoxId's client is a leading provider of Voice enabling technology to OEMs, and VoIP gateways and media servers

Duties
•Provide technical support to sales; prepare and conduct technical presentations to prospective customers
•Understand key technical requirements and identify opportunities for products
•Specify system-level solutions based on products, assist in responding to tenders and proposals
•Assist the sales process by supporting the initial deployment of products at customer sites

Knowledge

•University degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, or Engineering
•Expert knowledge of C programming language, TCP/IP & Ethernet technology.
•Expert knowledge of telephony, including ISDN, SS7, & voice applications

Experience
Essential - minimum 2-3 years of technical sales experience including key duties as defined above and involving Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies and products.
Ideal - 5+ years experience in network planning, or presales or technical support in Telco Network equipment (eg. Nortel, Siemens, etc.) and/or Billing/OSS systems, VAS application software, prepaid systems and IVR, messaging (SMS/MMS/etc) and/or Data equipment used in the broadband network, (DWM, DSLAM, SDH, SBC).

Abilities
•Must be comfortable presenting and interacting with customers.  Enthusiasm, initiative & confident authority are essential qualities.
•Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, using the English language.
•Ability to read and understand technical documentation related to computer hardware and software
•Ability to work independently of direct supervision.
•Ability to travel throughout UK, Europe & Middle East (Israel).
•Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations
