Requirements
-Grammars and parsing for spontaneous speech.
-Statistical methods.
-At least basic programming ability (shell scripts, Perl, awk).

Desirable
-Spell-checkers, grammar checkers, auto correcting tools and predictive typing.
-Experience with Automatic Speech Recognition technology.
-Probabilistic Language Modelling
-Phonetics
