| Long Description : In order to secure an interview you will need top demonstrate:
• Management of Telecom contracts, vendors, and expenses. • Identify and drive telecom savings. • Development and management of RFP process for evaluating and selecting vendors in accordance with our worldwide strategy and policy. • Administration, monitoring and capacity planning of PBX systems in our major facilities and field offices. • Administration of the Identity Voice Mail systems. • Management of audio and video conferencing services.
Education: • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent
Experience/Skills: • 5+ years of related international telecom experience. • Strong working knowledge of voice and data network concepts and design • Strong telecom vendor relationship and negotiation skills • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and projects and prepare cost/benefit analyses of alternatives • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to prepare and present to findings and recommendations to senior and executive staff. • Experience with Avaya VoIP and Unified Messaging is desirable • Ability to identify, research and problem-solve in a timely manner • Strong customer service skills with the ability to identify user needs and work under minimum supervision in this multi-task, fast-paced environment
