Telecoms Sales Manager Ref:VoxNBS Location:Netherlands
Short Description :

Position Description: A high level Sales Manager that is familiar with the telecom market and has 10-20 years of actual experience of successfully selling telecom equipments (Millions of Euros PA) to operators directly and through SI (System Integrators). A personal relation/acquaintance with key people among some tier 1 operators is an advantage.

Long Description :

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets in-line with the business plan. The objective will be around 2 M Euros of new sales in the first year.
• Develop new partnerships with SIs and operators.
• Sales to SIs and operators mainly alternative carriers and service providers (Fix & Mobile operators).

Profile:
• Minimum university education or equivalent, Electrical Engineer degree or Business Administration is an advantage.
• Senior person with 10-20 years of successful sales of telecom equipments to the Telecommunications market.
• VoIP experience should be an advantage.
• Ability to engage on all levels, from low bit technology and all the way up to senior relationship as well as proven ability to identify the key decision makers in each opportunity.
• Consistent over achievement of sales targets of millions Euros in the telecom market.
• Experience selling capital equipment to Service Providers.
• Dynamic, self-starter with a hunger for sales and winning business. Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit is preferred.
• Full command of the English language, additional European language as French– an advantage.
• Full command with MS software and CRM systems.
• Work from home office in Amsterdam area, an advantage.
• Upon reaching a significant volume, a possibility of opening a local office.
• The position involved traveling abroad inside the European continent.
• Proven ability of:
 Door opening
 Closing a deal

Remuneration:

On Target Earning of 100,000 Euros, the earning will be divided into base salary and commission according to company’s compensation plan (70%:30%). Company share options will also be available.
We will assess the relative merits of candidates and negotiate an appropriate package.
