Short Description : We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our client. Being  part of a growing support team you will participate in all aspects of the product lifecycle. The function of the Senior Engineer is to assist the post-sales clients with technical issues. The Senior  Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the customer relationship is managed through proactive customer communication and provide quick response when needed. This is a highly technical role and deep knowledge of the Linux and Solaris operating systems, messaging systems and network configuration is required. Resolving customer problems includes working in complex infrastructure configurations, problem analysis and identification, training the clients on product features, escalating product issues and managing them towards a resolution.


Long Description : Qualifications
•Strong Linux / Solaris system administrator experience
•Deep messaging system administrator experience
•Anti-abuse (anti-spam and anti-virus) experience a big plus
•System administrator level TCP/IP networking experience
•Scripting (perl, python, shell) experience
•A positive, customer oriented attitude
•Expert level troubleshooting and problem solving skills
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Previous ISP experience a plus
