This is a varied role with some residency on a leading financial company’s site, some tech support from the head office office and some field based engineering activities such as install and maintenance.

You will require an excellent customer service nature, very polite and presentable
Skill set would be on the Avaya Definity range (Prologix, Si, G3r) and also the call centre packages (CMS, BCMSvu) and also Intuity Audix Voice mail system.
